Litchfield Park is a city in Maricopa County, Arizona, United States. According to 2006 Census Bureau estimates, the population was 5,514. According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 3.1 square miles (8.1 km²), all of it land.
As of the census of 2000, there were 3,810 people, 1,508 households, and 1,165 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,216.6 people per square mile (470.0/km²). There were 1,633 housing units at an average density of 521.5/sq mi (201.4/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 92.07% White, 1.39% Black or African American, 0.39% Native American, 2.89% Asian, 0.21% Pacific Islander, 1.50% from other races, and 1.55% from two or more races. 5.49% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
